Today, Psalm 30-31 guide the thoughts of our heart and the pencil in our hand.
Morning. I read Psalm 30 and rough out … a pit.
“… you restored me to life from among those who go down to the pit. … To you, O Lord, I cry, and to the Lord I plead for mercy: ‘What profit is there in my death, if I go down to the pit?'” (30.3b,8-9)
Evening. I read Psalm 31 and sketch … a broken vessel.
“I have been forgotten like one who is dead; I have become like a broken vessel.” (31.12)
