If you’re like me, you do most of your reading online via an RSS reader. However, my RSS reader of choice, Google Reader, will go belly up this Mon., July 1. What that means for you is if you read this blog of mine via Google Reader, now is the time to export your data from Google Reader and import it into a new RSS reader.
But what RSS reader to use now? While there are many to choose from, I’m currently quite pleased with two: The Old Reader and Feedly. If you want something very close to the look and feel of Google Reader, The Old Reader is a great choice. If you’re open to something a little different, check out Feedly. Feedly and The Old Reader both imported my data from Google Reader quickly and painlessly.
What’s that? You don’t know what an RSS reader is or how you could benefit from such? Read this.
